Conflict of Interest & Relationship

Golden Eagle Security Services maintains collaborative business relationships with Kabayan Driving School Ltd, Millwoods Driving School, and the Canadian Red Cross to facilitate comprehensive training and certification services. All entities operate as separate, independent organizations. These collaborative partnerships do not guarantee preferential treatment, specific regulatory outcomes, or unwarranted advantages to any individual or organization.

All programs and services are delivered with absolute integrity, transparency, and strict adherence to all governing professional standards and ethical guidelines. Any potential conflicts of interest are proactively disclosed and managed to ensure total fairness and impartiality at all times.

2. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect personal information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and government issued photo identification required to process provincial exam applications. We also automatically collect browser and device data, including your IP address, to optimize our website.

Data Transmission and Retention

All electronic transmissions containing personal information are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer protocols. Your data is only decoded when it reaches our secure servers. Personal information is purged from our systems and records after a reasonable period following the expiration of any audit requirements mandated by provincial bodies.

3. Alberta Basic Security Training Terms

Course Completion and Exam Requirements

Students must complete the mandatory 40 hour Alberta Basic Security Training program to be eligible for the provincial exam. A minimum grade of 80 percent on the final provincial exam is strictly required to pass and receive your certification. Failure to achieve this score will require a rewrite subject to additional provincial fees.

Course Expiration and Reinstatement

Course access will expire exactly one year from the date of purchase. If a student requires access past the expiration date, an administration charge of 49 dollars will be assessed to reinstate access for an additional year.

Licensing and Eligibility

Completing the ABST course does not automatically grant a security license. Students are solely responsible for meeting all Alberta Justice and Solicitor General requirements including age restrictions, criminal record checks, and legal work status prior to applying for their official license.

Employment Placement

Golden Eagle Security provides educational and certification services. Successful completion of the ABST course, passing the provincial exam, or obtaining a security license does not guarantee employment or placement of work within Golden Eagle Security Services or any external organization.

4. CPR and AED Training Terms

Certification Requirements

First Aid and CPR AED Level C training requires 100 percent attendance and active physical participation. Students must be physically capable of performing CPR techniques on mannequins to successfully complete the course. Certifications are issued in accordance with Canadian Red Cross standards and remain valid for three years from the date of completion.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Golden Eagle Security Services shall not refund any monies paid for the purpose of course payment, administration fees, or material costs once an order is processed. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule any training session.

6. Terms of Service and User License

Prohibited Acts

Course content is protected intellectual property. You agree that you will not assign, share passwords, copy, distribute, or translate the training material. You may not rent, lease, or lend the content to any third party. Failure to abide by this agreement will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
